Indonesian Specialty Coffees There are three main Islands in Idonesia where arabica’s are grown. Sumatra produces some 500,000 (60kg) bags unwashed Arabica per year. This smooth full bodied coffee exhibits low acidity and cherished mustiness (Not Dirty). Java produces around 167,000 (60kg) bags washed Arabica production and 83,000 (60kg) bags unwashed. These coffees are very bright in the cup,full flavor and medium body(due to wet process) a exquisite coffee! And last Sulawesi (former Celebes) which produces 83,000 (kg) bags unwashed coffees.
